Order & Payment Policy
We accept prepaid orders only. Orders will be processed and shipped
after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping cost may vary depending on your delivery location.
- We promise same-day delivery inside Kathmandu Valley whenever possible.
- Deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley may take several days.

In areas where door-to-door service is unavailable, customers may need
to collect parcels from the nearest collection point.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delivery schedules may be affected by
weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Easy Ayurveda shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Return & Refund Policy
Return or refund requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is broken, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery
- The request is made within 15 days of delivery
- The product’s main seal must not be broken
Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
If an order is intentionally cancelled after it has been delivered to your door,
the delivery charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
