•           Vata-constitution women experience irregular and scanty menstrual flow with cramps.

•           Pitta-constitution women have heavy menstrual flow along with irritability, diarrhea, and fever.

3.         Nuclear Families: In nuclear families, women often bear the sole responsibility for household and childcare duties, especially working women. This leads to stress, poor sleep, and malnutrition, increasing the risk of gynecological problems.
